The WATER HEATER from the Vogel Flug Company is the water store with electric heating water with a special covering from high-temperature glass and titanium enamel, 350 microns thick, applied in the liquid way with roasting at a temperature of 850 degrees.
The internal tank of the electric Vogel Flug water heaters is made of 2.2 mm special, low-alloy steel (production Austria).

The patented technology of a flange INOX Dry иwhich has a thickness of 4 mm stainless steel and fastens to an internal tank of the boiler with 4 bolts through elastic laying, completely excepts the leakages in a junction.

The innovative technology of a flange Premium Dry s that the tubes for the thermostat and heating elements are made of stainless steel without additional enamel covering. That positively influences on heat exchange. It allows to increase efficiency of the dry heater and to bring it closer to an indicator of a wet heating element (because of that the wet heating element has a contact with water, its efficiency is higher, than efficiency of a dry heating element) and guarantees the highest operational properties.
Also in the process of production of the dry heating Vogel Flug element in the places of a bend there are technological gaps of a heating spiral. That has allowed forgetting about the problem of burn-out of a heating element in places of the highest bends.

To provide the thermal insulation the internal tank is isolated by a heat insulation layer from the homogeneous polyurethane foam 40 mm thick which doesn’t include chlorfluorocarbons, and conforms to new standards of the EU from 1/1/2016 year on energy saving.
Such thickness of isolation guarantees the minimum heatloss of the heated in the boiler water.

The portable temperature regulator has function of smooth regulation of water temperature, and the thermal limiter protects a water heater from an overheat.

There is a built-in magnesium anode (minimum service life of the anode is 2 years).
