The WATER HEATER from the Vogel Flug Klassic INOX DRY company is the water store with electric heating of water with an internal tank which is made from the Austrian stainless steel of thickness 1,6mm AISI 304 L (unexposed to electrochemical corrosion). AISI 304 L stainless steel is used where components demand strong welding with a resistance to intercrystalline corrosion.
These components can be used without the subsequent processing of a seam, despite of thickness.

In according with the patented technology the flange INOX Klassic Dry has the ellipsoidal form and it is attached to an internal tank of the boiler with a special high-strength system with the elastic laying, which excludes any leakages in a junction.

The innovative technology of a flange INOX Dry s that tubes for the thermostat and heating elements are made of stainless steel and it hasn`t got any additional enamel coverage that positively influences on the heat exchange. It allows to increase efficiency of the dry heater and to bring his efficiency closer to an indicator of a wet heating element (because the wet heating element adjoins with water, his efficiency is higher, than the dry heating element’s) and it guarantees the highest operational characteristics.

For providing thermo insulation the internal tank is isolated by a layer of the heat insulation from the homogeneous polyurethane foam with the thickness of 40 mm without chlorofluorocarbons, and this thickness of isolation is conformed to new standards of the EU from 01/01/2016 year on energy saving. This thickness of isolation also guarantees the minimum heat loss of the heated in the boiler water.

Also at the production of the сry heating Vogel Flug element in the places of a bend they provided technological gaps of a heating spiral that has allowed excluding a problem of burn-out of a heating element in places of bend.

The portable temperature regulator fulfills a function of smooth regulation of water temperature, and the thermal limiter protects a water heater from the overheat.

Control of operating modes is conducted by the portable temperature regulator with independent additional thermo protection.
