The WATER HEATER f the Vogel Flug Company is the water store with electric water heating with a special covering which is made from the high-temperature glass - titanium enamel. The thickness of this covering is 350 microns and it is applied in the liquid way with roasting at a temperature of 850 degrees.
The internal tank of the electric Vogel Flug water heaters is made from the special, low-alloyed steel (it is made in Austria), the thickness of the steel is 2, 2 mm thick.

The patented technology of the flange INOX Dry has an unstained steel thickness of 4 mm and the flange fastens to an internal tank of the boiler with 4 bolts through elastic laying, the leakages in a junction are excepted completely.

The innovative technology of a flange Premium Dry is that the tubes for the thermostat and heating elements are made of stainless steel without additional enamel covering. That positively influences on heat exchange.

To provide the thermal insulation the internal tank is isolated by a heat insulation layer from the homogeneous polyurethane foam 40-80 mm thick which isn't containing chlorfluorocarbons (on each side and to corners respectively), and conforms to new standards of the EU from 1/1/2016 year on energy saving. Such thickness of isolation guarantees the minimum heatloss of the heated in the boiler water.

The portable temperature вegulator has function of smooth regulation of water temperature, and the thermal limiter protects a water heater from an overheating. t allows to increase the efficiency of the dry heater and to bring closer its efficiency to an indicator of a wet heating element (as the wet heating element has a contact with water, its efficiency is higher, than at a dry heating element) and it guarantees the highest operational properties.

Also in the process of production f the dry heating f the dry heating Vogel Flug element in the places of a bend there are technological gaps of a heating spiral. That has allowed to avoid the problem of burn-out of a heating element in places of the highest bends.
